Attributes an identifier to a boundary segment of class DomainBoundary. The BoundaryId corresponds to a section in the file boundary_conditions.jcm (see BoundaryCondition), with the same number of the identifier boundary_conditions.jcm/BoundaryCondition/BoundaryId.
